“Some of my earliest memories revolve around days and nights spent hiking through the woods, fishing in lakes, and gathering around campfires. I grew up experiencing the outdoors firsthand, and that is where my desire to protect our climate stems from. Many of my favorite activities are threatened by the rapidly warming planet. How are we and our kids and their kids supposed to enjoy the wonders of fishing as our lakes and stream become overfished, polluted, and inhabitable. Generations will miss out on the thrill of learning to ski and snowboard. One way we can assure that future generations get to experience what we are blessed with is to take steps here and now to protect our climate.”
